HI, I’M MEGHAN!

I’m a mom of two, wife of a pediatric neurology resident and a certified pediatric sleep consultant. I was also once a very tired mama.

My first child was born in a new city, mid-COVID. My husband was in the throes of medical training and didn’t get any days off of work. While he was leaving for his shift in the wee hours of the morning, I was helplessly rocking, singing to, or feeding our little one in the desperate hope that she would give me just 45 minutes of sleep. When I finally managed to establish healthy sleep habits with her, I recognized the transformative effects that good sleep had on her well-being and my own.
